We love this close-knit paediatric practice based in Sydney’s Inner West, founded and led by an experienced Occupational Therapist. What’s in it for you:
- Flexible working – full-time or part-time, 9-day fortnight or 4-day full-time weeks. The clinic
- Hybrid model – approx. 60% clinic, 40% community with local travel only (within 15 mins)
- Structured supervision & mentoring – weekly OT meetings, twice-weekly supervision for new grads, external mentoring provided
- Professional development – $1,000 annual PD budget, fortnightly in-services with allied health team
- No KPIs – client loads tailored to experience
- Competitive salary – earn between $85,000 + super (new grads) and up to $110,000 + Super with annual increments, bonus/commission options

You'll be working alongside fantastic OTs and the clinic also collaborates with a lovely team of 7 Speech Pathologists from the neighbouring clinic, holding fortnightly multidisciplinary meetings.
What you’ll do:
- Provide child- and family-centred therapy to a diverse caseload aged 3–10 (plus some teens)
- Work with NDIS and private clients presenting with Autism, ADHD, GDD, CP and more
- Conduct thorough assessments and implement practical, goal-focused interventions
- Build strong, empowering relationships with families and collaborate with other health professionals

What you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
